The Island of the Reunion

​In partnership with the Federation of Hunters of Reunion (Jacques Macé and Alain Yesseydre), the members of the Echos du Bas Maine have been invited in 2014 and 2016 to participate to the Festival of Hunting. During those journeys, they had the opportunity to discover the island, included the famous “Piton de la Fournaise”, and the beer named “Dodo”.

The Japon

In 2008, a dozen of hunting horn players was solicited to promote their instrument in Japan. With the help of a Japanese friend, they organised few hunting-horns lessons, visits of temples in Tokushima, Koshi and also Osaka.  In one week, they could find out more about Japanese culture, its culture and its gastronomy.
